NWR is preparing its general meeting

New World Resources N.V. (“NWR”), the parent company of our hard coal mining company OKD, is planning its ordinary general meeting to be held at the end of April. The general meeting will be held on April 27, 2010 at the Dorint Hotel, Amsterdam, the Netherlands.

“The general meeting agenda will include, among others, discussion on the Annual Report, approval of the Financial Statements and discussion on the equity formation and distribution policy, as well as the dividend policy,” explained Petra Mašínová, the Chief Corporate Communication Officer of NWR.
